Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send the receipt or proof of purchase with the item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item please contact us at savageactual@protonmail.com. Notice: any item being exchanged must be in its original unused, unworn condition.
When requesting a refund/return/exchange, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Exchange items will not be billed shipping costs associated with sending out the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to make funds available in your account.
Due to the nature of the materials used in our products and the intended uses of our products refunds will not be issued for items that have broken while in the possession of a customer unless the customer can provide videographic evidence that the item in question was used properly and in accordance with the uses intended for our products.
Intended uses of our products consist of light duty applications such as letter/package opening as well as use in soft tissues encountered in personal defense situations. If an item was broken while being used in personal defense and not in conjunction with any criminal activity we will be happy to replace your item once we are provided with a copy of the police report and any court ruling documents verifying a legal and just use.
